Bastien Piano Basics Technic - Level 1

I found the Bastien piano series nice for learning, my daughter used primer-4th level. She started with primer level when she was in the kindergarten, and continued through the levels as she grew.

This is the only series of piano books out there that has really stood the test of time. I first came in contact with them when I was grade school and taking piano lessons myself. 30 years later, they are the only books I teach from. I enjoy the pace they use and the progression of skills that they offer. So often books skip around or don't build well on previous skills. That is not the case with Bastien.

Still working my way through this book. Guides you through the tools that you need to know and learn to improve your skills. Clearly laid out instructions which makes this book ideal for any age at which you begin the learning process.

This is a great book that helps the young musician learn to play the piano/keyboard. It is very self-explanatory, or can be used with adult help.<br />I was very pleased with the purchase.
