Shipping Policy

Order processing time can take as long as 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, this does NOT include the shipping time! Once we process your order, we will ship it to a carrier, and you will receive another email notification about it

Shipping times are specified within Domestic and International sections below in the document. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $150. This threshold applies before taxes and after any discounts are applied. For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at a checkout page. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to carrier policies.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VV15 Software Enterprise Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

All products in the store are physical products only. Your order contains physical products only. We do not sell downloadable products. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

As part of the return process, you will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the original physical product price.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
